Where crisp Colorado wine meets New York Mafia stories of old
With rich Italian roots cultivated in the heart of the New York Mafia scene, family, loyalty, and excellence represent the core of who we are. Unlike the Godfathers of Crime, where morality is an illusion, the heart of what we do is moral poetry, as we cultivate community and excellence in our vintage wines without compromise.
So come, experience Mafia Princess Wines, and join the family.
Reclaiming loyalty, family and vintage wines.
Colorado Nuovo
2023- New Vintage releasing 11/27/24
A blend of Crimson Cabernet and Merlot, this wine was bottled in the traditional Beaujolais Nouveau style of releasing the wine by Thanksgiving, making this an atypical red wine. With no oak, no aging, and all fun! The wine has bright acidity, light tannins, and deep dark color. It’s an easy drinker, yet has enough body and structure to hold up to food and aging.
$30/ Bottle
The Story Behind The Wine
Mafia Princess
I remember clearly driving around New York after my great-grandmother’s funeral listening to my grandma, my mom, and her sister talking about how things had changed in the last few years, how the Chinese mafia had moved in and didn’t have the same ethics the Italian mafia did. “Wait. What?” I interrupted from the back seat, “So all those stories you told about Grandma and Grandpa Ramondi were true?”
There are times you are told stories of previous generations that seem too crazy to be true, and times those stories are crazier than you thought possible. I quickly realized this was one of the latter as my grandma began retelling all the stories I had heard when I was younger, and they turned out to be bigger than I remembered… which all solidified my nickname, “Mafia Princess.”
Tommy Gunner
2022
This unique blend of Souzão and Cabernet Sauvignon, left on the skins for ten months, gives this wine lots of tannic structure without being harsh.

The Story Behind The Wine
Italian Weddings
My great-grandparents got married in the early 1900s, and their marriage started differently than most marriages today. One day, Rose Jannoti got all dolled up, and Joseph Ramondii got to look at her and decide if he wanted to marry her. He must have liked what he saw because the two were married shortly after. So this pseudo-arranged marriage might seem strange to us, but despite this, they stayed married for over 70 years and had five children. While things weren't always easy, I remember them laughing and smiling together.
While I think it's a fantastic story, I am glad our family traditions have changed over the last century. However, it still seems crazy that this was how families started not long ago.
Mia Bella Rosé
2023
This rosé is a beautiful blend of 57% Riesling and 43% Crimson Cabernet, perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. The crimson Cabernet’s lovely raspberry and cranberry character is complimented by the floral and tropical character of the Riesling.
$29/ Bottle
The Story Behind The Wine
The last time my Grandma Maria visited, she told me how Grandma Rose would ask her for more wine by holding up the last knuckle of her pinkie finger and saying in her thick Italian accent, “Just a little more, Mia Bella.”
This was Grandma Rose’s pet name for my Grandma Maria, which means “my beautiful” in Italian. It seemed fitting to name this wine after her since sweet rosé is my grandma’s favorite wine.
Petillant Naturel Riesling
2023
This Riesling was made in the traditional Pet-Nat style by bottling the wine before primary fermentation ended. The result is a crisp, bubbly delight!
$34/ Bottle
The Story Behind The Wine
Some things in life start off on the reactive side. The first bottle of Pet Nat Riesling we opened gushed out of the bottle, hitting the ceiling. After my great-grandparents arranged marriage, things could have started better.
As was common in the late 1920s and early 30s, men ruled over their wives, often physically, and for Grandma Rose, this was the situation she found herself in. Until one day, she had enough. After an argument, she went and got the gun.
She held it by her side, finger on the trigger, as she told Grandpa Joseph that he would never hit her again. She then accidentally pulled the trigger, sending the bullet through the floor into the kitchen table where Joseph’s aunt was working. Fortunately, no one was injured, and their marriage changed for the better.
Girls Are Meaner
2024- Coming this Spring!
This dry Gewürztraminer is bright and lively. Full of grapefruit character and fun.
$32/ Bottle
The Story Behind The Wine
I named it “Girls are Meaner” because when I started making wine, I struggled to pronounce Gewurztraminer.
The winemaker who taught me said, “Just say ‘girls are meaner’ really fast, throw in a German accent, and no one will ever know.”
Moscato
2023
This wine is divine, with apple and honeysuckle aromas and bright acidity balanced with a touch of sweetness. Light, aromatic, and sweet but not too sweet, it can be enjoyed by itself or with your favorite charcuterie platter and friends.
$28/ Bottle
The Story Behind The Wine
The Law of Attraction
Growing up in New York shortly after the turn of the century must have been quite the experience. So many different cultures, peoples, and groups. Just like today, there were times being a pretty young lady had its advantages and times it didn’t, such as when you catch the eye of the wrong man.
Nowadays, it usually isn’t a big deal when the wrong guy is interested in you, you just quit responding to his phone calls and texts, and he gets the idea. For my great-grandmother Rose, it was far from simple. She had attracted the attention of a Mafia Don, definitely the wrong kind of attention!
Her family ended up hiding her out in the mountains of New York for almost a year, giving the Mafia Don ample time to find some other lady who was more inclined to join the family.
